One tea bag holds approximately 1-4 ounces of herbs.
Size of each tea bag: 5 inches x 3.75 inches
Directions:
Using a spoon or scoop, simply fill each tea bag with herbs.
Do not overfill. Making certain that no herbs are between the
heat-sensitive seam, simply press with an appropriate heating device (clothing irons on cotton setting are recommended. A curling iron will also work.) Press firmly to seal.
These are not bleached with chemicals.
About the tea paper:
Our tea bag paper is the same tea bag paper that is used by the largest tea companies in the United States. In fact there are really only two major suppliers of tea bag paper in the world.
The tea bag paper is made of a special blend of thermoplastic fibers, abaca, and cellulosic fibers. This tissue has a high wet strength with neutral odor and flavor characteristics making it a highly acceptable media for bagging tea. The tea bag paper is compost-able but not biodegradable.
About Abaca:
Abaca, another member of the "hard" fibre group is the Spanish name for what is more widely called Manila hemp, and is indigenous to the Philippines. It is a member of the banana family of plants with the botanical name of MUSA TEXTILES.
When mature the abaca plant consists of about 12 to 30 stalks radiating from a central root system. Each of these stalks is about 12 to 20 feet high and the fibre is stripped from the stem rather than the leaf, with each stalk being cut into sheaths and then strips or "tuxies".
The strips are then scraped (i.e. either hand or machine "decorticated") to remove the pulp, then sometimes washed and dried. The outer leaves of the plant are wider and contain more but coarser fibre than the inner leaves.
Because of its relatively long staple length,strength and cellulose content, it is particularly used in the manufacture of a range of specialised papers including tea and coffee bags, sausage casing paper, electrolytric papers, currency notes,cigarette filter papers, medical/ disposal papers and some high-quality writing paper.

Damages

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of order delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. When filing a claim please submit images of the damaged package and/or items received. Submit your claim by contacting us at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com. Once we review the claim, we will either issue an immediate full or partial refund or send a return label to the recipient via email. All shipping for returned items are paid by the original purchaser. Please package all damaged items in the original package (if undamaged) and return to sender using the label provided. Once we receive the damaged item it will be inspected. Upon inspection we will then determine if a refund is appropriate. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Furniture, retail displays and retail fixtures. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Clearance items cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please inspect your product to make sure there are no damages or defects. All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags (if applicable). Place your item in the original packaging and box it was mailed in. Please make sure all contents are packaged with care.
Contact Mulberry Manor Boutique at info@mulberrymanorboutique.com to inquire about submitting a return. Once we verify the purchase and determine if the product qualifies to be returned we will issue you a return mailing label to your email address. If for some reason you do not receive a return label please contact us for further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for both the original shipping costs unless your initial shipping was free. And, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for the item returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds - Out of Stock Items (if applicable)
On occasion online inventory might be inaccurate. If an item ends up being out of stock and cannot be fulfilled due to the item being discontinued or no longer being carried in our store, we will issue a full refund for the item ordered to your original method of payment.
If you only ordered one item and it is out of stock for the above reasons mentioned, we will simply cancel your order. You will receive an automatic email notifying you of the canceled order.
Refunds - Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Gift Items (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
